I am an independent consultant specializing in yacht management, offering tailored operational support to yacht owners, family offices, and private clients. I operate completely independently, representing my clients' interests exclusively, but I collaborate with a select network of industry-leading suppliers—established companies and professionals in the yachting world.
This model allows me to combine personalized management with the reliability, reputation, and technical expertise of the best experts in the industry.

Do you also offer support in crew selection?

Yes — I follow the entire crew process: from search and selection, to onboarding and day-to-day management.
Each placement is calibrated based on the vessel's profile and the Owner's operating standards, to ensure cohesion, reliability and a long-lasting stay on board.

What type of yacht do you manage?

I specialize in the management of motoryachts between 25 and 50 meters, both private and commercial.
Whether for private use or commercial charter registration, each project is managed with a tailored strategy, designed to reflect the owner's priorities, regulatory requirements, and lifestyle expectations.

Can I outsource only part of the yacht management?

Yes — my approach is flexible.
Whether it's crew management, technical supervision, budgeting, or seasonal planning, I can intervene exactly where needed, avoiding unnecessary complications.

My business is based in Switzerland, in the Italian-speaking region near Lake Como.
